Honda RoadSync is a companion app that will keep you connected to the Honda Smartphone Voice Control system (HSVCS) of the CB 350RS. This is a bit of a departure from the style of many of our builds, and it’s different than a lot of the custom C元50s you see out there, and that’s a big part of what we love about this bike.Honda SMARTPHONE VOICE CONTROL system (HSVCS)ĬB 350RS is equipped with a complete Bluetooth ecosystem which facilitates the rider with seamless information exchanges in daily life. The original Honda C元50 scrambler high pipes and the exhaust heat shield were modified and fitted with shorty mufflers, and the entire exhaust system was Cerakoted in a satin black finish.Įverything to achieve this finished bike was completed in-house - design, metal fabrication, paint and powder coating, upholstery. The engine was treated with a combination of black epoxy and power coating. To provide some contrast, virtually everything else on the bike was finished in black. In combination with the modified frame, the parts all integrate nicely as one cohesive unit. The idea was to create a nice continuous flow between not only the shape of the tank and seat foam, but also the design applied to them. The stitching on the seat also runs parallel to the tank stripes as they curve across the top of the seat. Both the grey and gold were carried into the blue tank, forming stripes that run parallel to the frame’s downtube, and across the top of the tank. The light grey frame and gold rim color combination was the basis for the final color scheme. The finish and colors on the bike highlight the frame modifications, and really make the bike stand out. The bucket also houses an LED headlight unit with integrated turn signals. To streamline the C元50’s look, we replaced the original analog gauges with a Trail Tech Vapor digital gauge unit, and integrated small LED indicator lights into the headlight bucket. Custom shock mounts gave us the flexibility to fine-tune the stance and ride. The subframe was also shortened to accommodate only a single rider, and give the bike a more compact profile. In order to transform this frame and provide clean lines from front to back, the tank mounts were modified and a custom tubular chromoly steel subframe was fabricated. For a custom build, one of the weak points of the Honda C元50 scrambler and CB350 frames is the stamped steel subframe. Honda will be launching the Honda CB350 H’Ness Scrambler in the market on 16 February 2021.
